First year residence dining hall profit margins at UBC

On Feburary 22, 2017, we filed a freedom of information request for the following:

A list/table of products/food items sold at the Orchard, Vanier and Totem residence dining halls and their profit margins from January 1st, 2017 to Feburary 22nd, 2017.

Before passing judgement, please remember that profit margins are simply how much is made from selling a certain product. It doesn’t account for overhead costs, such as staff wages, electricity, and utilities.
